Upon reservation, the general manager will personally assist you with the planning of in and out villa experiences, solving all your doubts and booking every requested activity.

For your consideration, check-in time is at 3:00 pm and check-out time is at 12:00 pm.

Booking your stay

While booking, our reservations team will happily assist you to define rates and special offers for your holiday experience.

As you can see in our booking and cancellation policies, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the reservation. The other 50% is due 30 days before your scheduled arrival.

Payments are accepted via Credit Cards from Master Card, Visa and American Express. Paypal and Wire Transfer are also accepted. Payments can be done in either Mexican Pesos and US Dollars.

Weather and Seasons

Los Cabos is known for having a seductive warm weather throughout the year. Clear skies, sunny days and breathtaking sunsets are a never-ending delight.

During the Summer months, we may experience occasional showers and high temperatures can rise up to 90F. Winter Season is all about clear skies, with temperatures ranging between 80F to 60F.

Most of Los Cabos activities can be scheduled any time, however, some of them are exclusive to certain seasons:

Turtle nesting season: July – December
Bird nesting season: October – February
Whales migration season: mid December – mid April

Luggage Essentials

Bathing suits, sunscreen, hats, comfortable shoes and resort wear are a basic, but you must not forget a couple of dressed up outfits and warm clothes for the nighttime when visiting during the Winter months.

Extras may vary depending on the activities you are planning to enjoy, either golfing, hiking, yoga lessons, scuba diving, etc.

The general manager coordinates your entire experience upon booking. From 24-hour butler’s service or a private chef always willing to fulfil your culinary desires. Chef and butler services, meals and beverages, booked in-villa or destination activities, will be automatically charged to your final bill. No extra charges will apply for the service of our professional team.

In-villa activities

Coordinating in-villa activities will be done with the help of our general manager.

You can plan for private trainings, yoga lessons, professional massages, special dinners, cooking classes and many other options.

We recommend in-villa activities to be booked in advance as they are subject to availability. All charges regarding these activities will be submitted for your authorization and will be automatically charged to your final bill.

Destination activities

Coordinating destination activities will be done with the help of our general manager.
You can plan for scuba diving, spa treatments, yacht tours, golf, surfing, dining, shopping tours and many other options.

We recommend destination activities to be booked in advance as they are subject to availability. All charges regarding these activities will be submitted for your authorization and will be automatically charged to your final bill.

SAVI Yacht

Maison de Cortés’ guests have preferential pricing and access when booking a day or an evening on board of our SAVI Yacht.

We recommend booking in advance to make sure our SAVI Yacht is available on the day and time you prefer. Charges regarding this activity will be submitted for your authorization and will be automatically charged to your final bill.
